We take pride in providing precise and professional vector graphics. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request revisions within 7 days of delivery to ensure the final output meets your expectations.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
✅ The final output does not match the agreed specifications or sample provided during the quoting process.
✅ We fail to deliver the service within the promised turnaround time (excluding delays caused by incomplete uploads or unclear instructions).
✅ There is an error on our part that cannot be resolved through revisions.
However, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
❌ The output meets the agreed specifications but does not align with personal style preferences.
❌ The client does not provide valid reasons for dissatisfaction or refuses to collaborate on revisions.
❌ The client has already downloaded, used, or distributed the delivered files.
Revision Requests
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to submit a revision request so we can make necessary adjustments to meet your needs.
✔ Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Clear feedback and reference images (if applicable) should be provided for precise modifications.
If the issue remains unresolved after revisions, a refund request may be considered.

Credits
If your order was paid using Credits, refunds will be issued as Credits instead of monetary refunds.
🔹 Credits are non-transferable and expire one year from the last credit purchase.
